GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Qualification/Experience and Age limit
M.Sc. degree of engineering in electrical or electronics or telecommunication or computer from a reputed institution or university; with minimum 3.5 CGPA/ 75% marks for annual system OR B.Sc. Engineering in Telecommunication/ Electrical/Electronics/ Electrical & Computer Engineering with minimum 3.5 CGPA/ 75% marks for annual system from a reputed institution/university Valid registration with (PEC) Pakistan Engineering Council. Minimum 03 years’ experience in relevant field from a reputed public/private sector ICT organization/Telecom Company. Preference will be given to the candidates having the following: Experience in Fixed and Wireless Communication, Radio Spectrum Management. Knowledge of IEEE, ITU, ETSI, 3GPP/3GPP2 standards. Awareness about latest technical trends e.g. (56, OTT, Cloud Computing, IoT, Al and Big Data) Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power point) and working knowledge of MS Project is a must Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making and leadership skills
Interpersonal communication ability with good command over English language through verbal and written expression. Age Limit: Maximum 32 years, Master degree in HRM or MBA (HR) or LLM or MPA from a reputed institution or university with minimum 3.5 CGPA/ 75% marks for annual system Computer literate.
Excellent management, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, team working and time management skills.
Excellent writing skills Le, noting & drafting skills, preparation of summaries/notes. Ability to formulate policies, Rules and Procedures. Proficiency in MS Office: Word Powerpoint Excel. Well conversant with all HR functions, activities, contemporary HR activities and best practices. Working Experience in HRMS and other relevant software tools.
Note.- Persons having B.Sc. degree of engineering from a reputed institution or university in electrical or electronics or telecommunication or computer each registered with Pakistan Engineering Council will be preferred where other conditions are equal. ICMA or ACCA from a reputed institution or university each with four years’ experience in relevant field; OR MBA with specialization in Finance and Accounts or M.Sc. (Economics) with minimum 3.5 CGPA/ 75% marks for annual system from a reputed institution or university. Computer literate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having the following: Experience in all matters relating to Finance and Accounts. Experience in preparation of Income and Expenditure Statements. Experience in preparation of Final Accounts. Be able to assist the Auditors during the audit. Experience in processing of financial claims, and facilitate approval ensuring appropriate documentation and record keeping in accordance with defined rules and regulations.
Experience in preparation of cash plan, expenditure reports. Experience in preparation of annual budget for the organization. Good understanding and experience in Taxation issues
